WHAT IS YOUR DEFINITION OF FITNESS?
So before we get to our story, we first must first ask the question of: what is your definition of fitness? . You see many people interpret fitness in many ways, some see it as having six pack abs and fitting into their favorite bikini, whilst others may see it as building confidence to be able to wear a nice dress or even to run a marathon the list is endless. There is no right or wrong to this answer, only you can answer that question for yourself and only by answering will you know whether our classes are the perfect fit for you.
WHAT FITNESS MEANS TO US
So what is fitness to us? here at Muay Thai Bodyfit, fitness to us means everything, from being physically strong and able to lift things, move, squat, lunge, punch, kick. And also to be flexible and mobile able to move freely and comfortably, like being able to touch your toes with ease.
Another factor is also the cardio aspect, being able to run without losing your breath all the time etc. Fitness is what is going to help us through life and the more we have it, the happier we will be both physically and mentally.
That being said, we have found only a limited amount of classes that offer this kind of fitness in class. Most will focus on one area and neglect another, thus creating imbalances in the body. Muay Thai Bodyfit focuses on ALL of those fitness areas including Strength, Conditioning, Flexibility, Agility, Cardio and also Confidence. We understand that fitness is holistic, and means something different to each and every person that is why we can help you achieve all your fitness goals.
